The 388 FW / 4 FS at Hill AFB, UT, briedly operated the Block-50 version from 1993 to 1995 as they re-verted to Block-40s in line with the other two "HL" units - the 4 FS and the 421 FS. Their Block-50s went to the 35 FW / 14 FS at Misawa AB, Japan.
