This weapon is not a real missile!!!
It's a MBDA built french glide stand-off weapon called PGM the UAE used this weapons mainly on their Mirage-2000's
The PGM's are existing in two versions the unpowered pgm-500 and the rocket powered -2000.
This one should be a powered one. -

Indeed, we figured out now that this is the PGM-2000 from MDBA. It is called Al Hakeem-B locally. Again an extension of the magnificent load an F-16 can carry.
