USAF F-16D block 42 #89-2155 assigned to the 312th TFTS parked on the Luke AFB ramp in August of 1990 shortly after it was delivered new from the General Dynamics factory in Fort Worth. If you look closely, you can see some little red dots on the aircraft on some of the access panels. These paper stickers were tamper seals. There were classified components under these panels for the AN/ALR-74 RHAW system. This was a control at the GD factory that there was no tampering with these access panels after the USAF accepted the jet at the GD factory. [Photo by Kevin Patrick]
