    USAF F-16C block 42 #89-2135 from the 311th FS. This was the last incarnation of the 311th FS as a FMS (Foreign Military Sales) training squadron. In this iteration the 311th was activated January 1st, 1995 and deactivated on December 1st, 1995. This aircraft has had a leading edge flap system failure. Nominally, the LEF's on all F-16's are positioned two degrees up from the strake when there is weight on wheels (WOW). As soon as WOW is lost, the LEF's schedule as a function of AOA and airspeed. These LEF's are about 5 degrees down, probably due to the lockup of the LEF assymetry brakes. [Photo by Kevin Patrick]
