Flew this Viper for many years while stationed at Hill AFB in 421 TFS. Crew chief Stevie Winters and Tracey Webber (Oaks - married name) asked if they could put my name on the jet. My Ops Off said great! Best crew chiefs on the line imao. Ladyhawke had one heck of a bombing system. I always finished in the top 2 in any bombing competition flying her. Sad she had to go to Duluth for the air sovereignty mission but we received new Blocks 40s starting in '89 so it was destined to happen.
She flew well and has earned her rest in the desert.
