USAF F-16C block 32 #86-0269 from the 64th AS suffered a mid-air with an F-15C on June 11th, 2007 suffering damage to the left wing and stabilizer as on the tail. [USAF photo]

This is all that remains of PoAF F-16BM #15140 after it crashed on January 28th, 2008. The aircraft had just left the runway on its first test flight after being upgraded with the MLU package.
