On 19 December 2002, RDAF Block 15 F-16A 87-0006 (LM Type/Version 6F-49, F100-PW-200 engine) was significantly damaged when it ran off the end of the runway at Bagram AB, Afghanistan. The pilot landed at night after a weather divert into Bagram AB but could not stop the aircraft on the wet runway.
