:?: Is there anyone who can add to this list? :?:

Israeli F-16's scored the first air to air kill
On April 28th 1981 Israeli F-16's scored the first air to air kill by shooting down two Syrian Mi-8 'Hip' helicopters. Israel gave the F-16 it's combat debut on June 7th 1981 with the strike on Iraq's Osirak nuclear reactor. In 1982 Israeli F-16's achieved ascendancy over Syrian MiG's during battles over Lebanon, shooting down 44 Syrian warplanes.

Pakistan
The second nation to use the Falcon in combat was Pakistan, they shot down 5 communist aircraft along it's Afghan border.

On June 7th 2002, Zulfiqar, a Pakistani Viper driver, shot down an Indian Seeker-II UAV withan AIM-9L. This is perhaps the first air combat engagement of a manned and unmanned aircraft.

Venezuela
An F-16 of the Venezuela air force shoots down an AT-27 during the Air Force coupe on November 27th 1992.

Desert Storm
The biggest combat action was the Gulf air war, operation Desert Storm, January 17th - February 28th 1991. The USAF F-16A/C were employed in the air to ground role primarily for battlefield area interdiction, and was used against Iraqi troops, vehicles and forward installations. Five F-16's were lost in combat and two in non combat mishaps. Bahrain F-16's flew their first mission on January 25th and began offensive operations on the following days.

The Netherlands
On the night of 24 March 1999, an F-16AM (J-063) scored the first Dutch air-to-air victory since World War II, downing a Serbian MiG-29 with an AMRAAM.

Northern watch: March 1st 1991-
On January 17th 1993 an Iraqi MiG-29 was destroyed in the northern no-fly zone by USAF F-16C 86-0262/SP.

Southern Watch: March 1st 1991-
December 27th 1992 brought the first USAF F-16 air to air combat kill, an Iraqi MiG-25 was destroyed by an AIM-120 AMRAAM of F-16D 90-0788/SW.

Deliberate Force: Aug.-Sept. 1994
On February 28th 1994 four Bosnian-Serb Soko G-4 Super Galebs were destroyed by two USAF F-16C's. One of the F-16's (USAF 89-2137/RS) shot down three Super Galebs, two with an AIM-9M Sidewinder, and the third with an AIM-120 AMRAAM. The second F-16 (USAF 89-2009/RS) downed the fourth aircraft with an AIM-9M Sidewinder missile.

I'm almost certain that's a complete list.

You forgot to add the year for the Dutch F-16 kill, I believe it was 1999?

I have to wonder if one can really consider downing a UAV a real kill.

A kill is a kill.

 And, yes, that seems to be a live AMRAAM sitting in the cab of that truck.

Yea, I remember listening in on that kill the Dutch got. I was in the Command Post at San Vito AS that night (as I was for nearly every night of the war). The Vipers were on the Tanker at the time of the AWACS call. They broke off and interecepted the Fulcrums. Really very matter of factly, he called Fox 3 and then a minute later confirmed the hit. His voice never wavered.

That was on May 4th 1999 during Operation Allied Force. The pilot, from Shaw AFB, S.C., was deployed to Aviano as part of the 31st Air Expeditionary Wing.

The PAF may have been the first to score a Fighter kill with the F-16 (I think...either Israel or Pak)

Israel has a great deal more air to air kills with the F-16. Mainly in the Lebanon war when it shot down over 100 syrian aircrafts. Most of them with F-16s. However I can't seem to find a complete kill log on the net...

Well. an Israeli UAV MANOUVRED a Syrian Mig 21 into the ground! scoring the first unmaned aircraft kill over a fighter jet!
I think it was in the lebanon war (1982) aswell...
