On previous page there are OVERHEAD screenshots of the F-35 left 'bright' kneepad. Just happened on this short Super Etendard Carrier Approach Video where perhaps a similar electronic left kneepad may be seen.

For some reason when you save it from there it saves as a WEBP (even though the link says "JPG") so I converted it and posted it. And yes that's where I saw the photo.
