Per the FY2019 Budget, the plan is to have all F-35Bs at Block 3F by Q4 2020 and all F-35Cs to 3F by Q4 2019. Everything is already paid for and the kits started arriving in Q2 2017. USAF info to come after they post it (they are always late).

F-35A info is in... All F-35s (including all the way back to LRIP2) will get 3F updates starting in Q2 2018 and completing by Q42020. So much for the whole "100+ F-35s will never be updated" meme.

All LRIP F-35 upgrades to Block 3F are fully funded.

Winter also said the services have “fully funded” modifying all their early-production F-35s to the Block 3 standard, but Winter said some may be upgraded to the Tech Refresh-2 and some to the Tech Refresh-3 configuration. The TR-2 includes the Integrated Core Processor, a “panoramic cockpit” display and memory system, and the -3 includes additional improvements. This will make a “considerable difference in reliability and availability” of the aircraft, Winter said.

So every F-35 built will be made combat ready, I guess concurrency really works. Just have to apply the same resolve and discipline to the F-22 fleet now ;).

Word, LOL.

We should bottle up some concurrency and send to the Russians, call it a bakers dozen. Could get their PAK FA program fixed in a jiffy... :)
