Correct. The video is from 2013 though. The aircraft in the picture is BuNo 169028/VM-28 from VMFAT-501 on July 13, 2017. Another F-35B, VM-23 (most likely BuNo 169023) was also aboard USS Wasp on July 12, 2017.
