Lot 10

As far as I know, contract for Lot 10 was signed in Nov. 2016. Looking through the database, I found that all of the A models delivered in 2018 carry FY 2015(ie., 15-5175, 15-5194, etc). Aren't they supposed to have 16 in their serial numbers ?
