Looking at some clips from the 162nd's trip to EX Ample Strike, one jet caught my eye ( 86-0214 ). Had some kinda...low viz or subdued fin flash. Just wondering if this is experimental or will we see more like it?

It's fairly new - here are some better photos;

From what I have gathered, 86-0214, 87-0333 and F-16D 83-1175 are the ones who so far have the subdued markings.
Best regards
Niels

It almost looks like the Have Glass 5 paint on the tail but the rest is still the original light grey. I personally like the original paint job better. :2c: Why mess with tradition??? :nono: :cheers:

Love that tail with the talons; would like awesome as wing king bird in full color.
