Serial quiz 83-019

We recently received a picture that has a strange serial. So this must be a typo by the painter. It probably must be either 82-019 or 83-091. If anyone has more info about this, please share.

I was at Homestead from 87-89, after the 306th closed down. The 308th got all of their jets and we never had an 82-1019. We did, however, have 82-1017 and 83-1091. Never heard of corrosion barn making a mistake like that, though.

I think I've heard of this serial typo before, and that this is 82-1019. It's a great photo of a 306th jet and rare ZF tail code.
