It is an old picture from the 306th TFS era at Homestead AB still flying with the short-lived 'ZF' tailcode.
Would anyone know which bird is the one with 306TFS markings on the tail? We don't have any entry of a 306th flagship in our database. So any help is more than welcome.

USAF F-16A block 15s #82-1017 and 82-1003 are flying alongside each other with the first carrying the squadron's colors and the latter is the wings boss bird. [F-16.net photo]

Since no one else has answered.... I think it is 82-1017, I am not very sure because the 306th went away before I arrived at Homestead in June 1987. By then the 308th had taken over all of the 306th jets and people. :D

According to the book by Patrick Martin called "Tail Code" the 306th carried a yellow tail stripe on their tails.

Yes Edpop, that's completely true. We just wanted to know which serial the boss bird has.
