UK MOD in a muddle over F-35C

Damn that's a lot of flex. Tell me that's not normal. Then tell me that ship didn't split in two.
Take an F-16, stir in A-7, dollop of F-117, gob of F-22, dash of F/A-18, sprinkle with AV-8B, stir well + bake. Whaddya get? F-35.

The squadron of US F-35B aircraft will augment British jets on coalition operations, not replace them.
Funny, and bolded too... but I guess they just wanted to make sure no one got the wrong idea.

Hmmm - funny how other nationalities read English. The MoD/DefMin UK have said they will not have enough F-35Bs initially (slow buy - no money) so they welcome USMC F-35Bs - not a new concept - USMC Hairiers onboard INVINCIBLE? late in CVS history with few UK Harriers available at the time - because they were in STAN. The slow buy of UK F-35Bs was speeded up recently - but not enough. The RN absolutely welcome the USMC Bs because they can practice with full deck.

Hogging on Sharkey's brain.
Wow. I think that ship is about to break in two. Springing plates, taking on water, cargo containers shifting, center of gravity changing. God help the crew.
Extreme hogging... Mk-48 ADCAP variety

Under no conditions is the USN going to axe the F-35C. First, it would leave the Navy will no Stealth Fighter for 20-30 years. Plus, Trump will need everyone of those aircraft to help drive the cost of the program down!
