I believe this is the first LRIP5 a/c, and note the OT tailcode for a test Squadron at Edwards or Nellis.

AF-41 is the 100th F-35 produced and is the first of 144 F-35s scheduled for delivery to Luke AFB, Arizona, beginning in 2014. The US Air Force announced its decision in June 2013 to increase the number of squadrons at Luke AFB to six.
