F-35 documentary TV show :Science channel - Impossible Engineering.
In this TV show, can see the 3DCG internal of the F-35 engine of SDD model(There is an antenna on the 3DCG's back which is only attached to SDD models.).

Tried the link, but being located in the US it blocked the streaming. Where is this video from?

EDIT: Used VPN to connect through London, England, and then it works.
