J-58 similar to new F-35 Engine Design???

All about the Pratt & Whitney F135 and the (cancelled) General Electric/Rolls-Royce F136

Is many aspects isn't the New Technology for the Advent Design for 2020+ F-35's and Future 6th Generation Fighters. Very similar to the J-58 that powered the SR-71 Blackbird??? Except the "adaptive fan" part that is???
