RQ-170 Stealth drone

I was poking around and Didnt see a thread on the RQ-170 so I decided to make one.
The war zone recently posted an article
Detailing the patch.
Whats your opinion on this?
Do you normally get blood on a patch without kindtic effects? Does anyone see anything else relevant.
I Think this really changes the Dynamic of the U.S. stealth fleet.
