Hi I'm busy building a Norwegian F-16 and would like to know if they original used the small Stabilizers. Thank you

Hi Habu. The decals I got for the plane is from 331 squadron and it is #683. Thanx

#683 always had the big stabs, she`s from the second batch of Vipers we bought. The Vipers from the first batch are numbered in 272-307 series and all were block 1-10.
They have all been upgraded to MLU-standards by now, but the big stabs were introduced also on the early Vipers already in late -80`es during MSIP

Boman, to some extent true..
Block 10 vipers did not get the big stabs until the MLU upgrade. I crewed a bunch of both Block 10 and 15's in '94-95 and all Block 10's had the small stabs at that time. (and the pilots used to fly the block 15 really hated the block 10's )
