Great project Pablo. Very exacting and beautiful. What plans did you start with? I did one(not like your great accomplishment) plywood formers and foam fill. Have you completed it?

Are these balsa or ply? Will the final plane be glass pulled from a mold of this plug?

1. The sections are plywood of 5mm and then I covered with balsa 3mm. After that, filler and then 2 layers of fiber glass 160g reinforced with epoxi. The alu sheeting is in progress for plug.
