Is there any validity to this offbeat thinker's idea for aircraft design?

If there is any validity to his designs, his lifting Fuselage design could be the most optimal designs for cargo aircraft.

I rank him up there with Northrop, Horton Bros. and Rostislav Alexeyev, These designers were way ahead of their time. The efficiencies and esthetics of the designs are only now being explored.
