You probably won't be able to get that information. MD is teh only one here that I know of who operated the F-117 and I haven't seen a post from him in a long time.

Ok ,but it has :2 elevator's ,2 flaperons , 2 rudders but no airbreak' s .I have a question : flaperons have to work in conjunction with the elevator's at take off to create the lift or against them to pushing down the tips of the wing .This means inside flaps is down and outside is up ,in my understanding .Also canted rudders if toe-in helps.

"The elevons do not act as flaps to reduce the rate of descent for touchdown, so the landing speed of the F-117A is high, at about 180mph to 190mph,"

https://www.airforce-technology.com/projects/f117/

Also, the rudders are ruddevators.

You're probably not going to find that information online. Just pick something reasonable, maybe base it on F-16 data.

What are you using for an aero model?
