Yep, that's a P'shop image of the F-35. Including the brushed-in vortexes. At this angle even the JSF can look sort of nice... Raptor looks great from more angles.

That depends. A fully digital one may take as little as 2 hrs, analogue illustrations don't start their lives as wallpaper but as poster. They can consume up to 40 (!) hrs... And anything in between...

My first love, ating from the pre-Viper (my greatest love) era. First flight in 1967, pioneer in the delta/canard configuration. Awesome power but now put out to pasture...
