80-0509 of the 63rd TFTS "Panthers" at MacDill - at the same time as Stutler was down in Yellow.
DCC - SSGT Ron LaPlante
ADCC - A1C Lloyd Wetzel
ADCC - A1C Mike Kopack (until my name got 'sanded' off of the NLG door during a bit of a landing 'incident'...)
Here's Ol' 509 at the trim pad one night. That's Lloyd holding his ears after having passed the headset to the ECS troop.

Mine was 89-2099 and then I switched to 89-2013. Both which were big ole hunks of crap. 2099 is in the yellow sea now. I don't think that anybody misses that thing.

Here she is, the most beautiful jet ever made. The mighty F-4 Phantom. 65-0874 we got her from Boise and sent her to Reno before she went to the boneyard in Sept 1995.

Mine was 90-0707 "Charline" . My first and only F-16. Arrived at Nellis in Aug 03 and left there Dec 06 all while reminding on one jet. First I was the third wipe. Then second. Finally she became my own. Greatest jet of the fleet I said. I told the pilots when I was DCC if she doesn't come back code 1 I owe them a coke. Rarely had to pay up God I miss that jet. Oh well back to 22s I guess.

1988-1990 my baby was F-4G 69-7207 (Wild Weasel) at George AFB, CA.
"Newer" picture of her after she left George and the 35TFW/561TFS and went to Idaho ANG...before being retired, tail painted red, and shot down over the Gulf of Mexico in 1998.
