Moody AFB is still often refered to as "Moody Field" or "Moody Airplane Patch"

Also, all Alaska bases are still called "Alaska Air Command". For those who think AAC is no more, I got news.. Eielson once postponed an exercise because it interfered with moose season. And we also cut down on the flying when the Salmon start running.
