I submit my job sheet to my recruiter today and I have these in order from most to least desired from top:
2A632- Aerospace Ground Equipment
2W131- Aircraft Armament
2A636- Aircraft E&E
2M031- Missile and Space System Electrical Maintenance-ICBM/ALCM
2A332- F-16 Avionics
I want to hear personal opinons. not "we're better" but Pros and Cons
I heard 2M031 isn't great for locations.
I live in Wisconsin currently and am sick of the colder weather so I would desire AZ, FL, TX, CA
I just really want your input on these. I know you might encounter these threads alot, but you would be doing me a huge favor.

You will definitely want to do Avionics or E/E as job opportunities when you get out are really good.
I would kill for the opportunity to do the Avionics tech school and have it on my resume.
Also, don’t be afraid to volunteer and do crew chief flight line operations … It all helps in the long run!

My eyes have seen the glory of the Lord and the esthetics of the Flightline

Pump the brakes, I think your list is way off. In the big big picture I would like to throw some suggestions out there.
Aircraft Load master or any career field that starts with 1A
Computers 3cox1
Avionics as mentioned
Electrician as mentioned
Engine mechanic but gotta politic to not get stuck in a back shop.
Crew chief
That would be a pretty good order of jobs that would yield great results if you put the effort forward. I would not do AGE (ground equipment) there job is vital to the air force mission but sadly they are treated very poorly. Especially non-powered age shops. You seriously have to inspect things like ladders and oil carts and in typical air force fashion it is taken beyond just safety to the point of being anal. Keep us in the loop. Also go to About.com and search for "air force enlisted AFSC's" and you can read for days.

Are you looking for a military career or just one enlistment then out? If it's for a career do some job shadowing and pick what you enjoy. If it's one and done avionics or E&E will give you a great set of skills for the civilian world. Personally, 2W1 all the way but until they start arming airliners it's not much in the way of civilian skills. My $.02

brad, If your lookin for a airplane job, go to the Lockheed Martin website and fill out the online application for any job. Then print it out when your done. It makes a pretty good resume, or at least a good start.
