....or more advanced versions of the F-35.

The early LRIP jets should only be through their first design life in the (early) NGAD timeframe.

Going by the ASIP conferences, the F-22 looks very solid (one of the most titanium intensive serial production fighters) out through 2.5 - 3 design lives.

There are many reasons why Block 10/20s won't end up with the Israelis but I don't think this is one of them.
