4322544-01 Flap, aft external

Hello, new here. I am a Quality & Engineering Manager for an FAA repair Station. We are currently doing commercial engines, but we have entered in to the Pratt Military Aftermarket Services. There tech data is something left to be desired. With that said, we have been given an RFQ to do work on the Flap, Aft External assy, but there are no figures, no drawings, no pictures, so we do not know exactly what it is we are looking at. Its to do a rivet repair, and when looking at the exhaust we do see a section that has the rivets, but our question is are we getting the whole rear assy, or are we just getting the one piece that has the rivets? The difference is obviously huge. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!
