Lots of F-22's fly over

Anything goes, as long as it is about the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor

Today while doing yard work I heard what was unmistakably fighter jets, looked up to see 4 F-22's flying from south to north (I live just south of Daytona Beach, FL). Was curious as to whether they would show up on Planefinder.net Flight Tracker and sure enough they were there, line abreast just over 10'000' at 417 knots going from the Shuttle Landing Facility to Savannah, GA. Thought that was cool, but about 15 minutes later another 4 go, same altitude and speed but 2 line abreast then another 2 a couple of miles back, but these did not show up on the tracking site. Another short time later a single F-22 flew over at the same altitude/speed and he did not show up either. Thought it was cool that HORNT1 showed their flight path from start to finish but am curious as to why the others didn't, and what would determine that? Are these tracking sites using ADS-B out to get their info?
