I was asked to interview with the 114th in Sioux Falls. I was wondering if anyone has interviewed with them before and had any advice?

Any advice from any unit would be helpful.

So far, the unit seems pretty cool. I have not visited because they do not want visits before hand (they said to "keep a level playing field") but everyone I have talked with on the phone has been extremely nice and very helpful which makes me feel like I will get along with the pilots pretty well.

Again, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
