Which, is why the US Military often don't do so well in Exercises.

Really, Air Exercises to the US is a lot like "Top Gun". Which, is a teaching tool. As they don't want the teachers to go out every time and just kill the new students. Then want them to learn and bring the lessons back to there squadrons.

Thing is, this forum talks about how F-16s busted Su-27s (Or the Chinese derivative of a flanker), not how F-16s busted Mig-29s
