BFM Flight Simulation Instructor - Southern CA

Air combat / Gaming/ Flight simulation center looking for experienced tactical fighter pilots (both retired and active duty), to serve as consultants on BFM, tactical intercept, 1v1, 2v1, 2vmultiple basic air combat tactics. Ideal candidate will be graduate of USAF Fighter Weapons School, US Navy Fighter Weapons School, Fighter Weapons Instructor, or equivalent course, who is a former or active Subject Matter Expert in air-to-air tactics.

Tasks required will include providing didactic lectures on BFM, performing in direct flight simulation missions as adversary pilots, as well as leading debriefs for flight sim/ air combat participants.

Candidate's consultancy will be as a per diem independent contractor, and method of remuneration (hourly rate vs flat fee) is open for negotiation.
