Saw a news article about the upgraded Saudi F-15SA aircraft. With the new fly by wire flight controls.

Does anyone know where their old aircraft are being modified at? Warner Robbins?

Reports indicate the jets are being modified at Boeing St. Louis factory.

There are modifing their 70 aircraft and ordering up to 84 more.

Delivery of the first new F-15SA is not scheduled until 2015, said Jim Miller, principal deputy under secretary of defense for policy. The retrofits of the APG-63 on Saudi Arabia's 70 F-15S' will start in 2014, he added.

The first two original S's are being modified in St. Louis while the rest will be done at Warner Robbins. All 84 new builds will come out of St. Louis too. Both types are already in flight test.
