COMPANY: GCH SERVICES LLC
POSITION: F16 FWIC INSTRUCTOR PILOT
LOCATION: OMAN
PAY RANGE: Based on experience
est period of performance: 1/12 - 12/14 +

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Designs and participates in structural programs aimed at teaching the functions and capabilities of weapons, weapons-related equipment, weapons delivery systems, tactics, and weapons employment.
2. A flight instructor in the FWIC courses and associated continuation training programs.
3. Provide academic and simulator training associated with the FWIC courses.
4. Assists commander in identifying weapons and/or tactical deficiencies and advising on necessary action programs to remedy problem areas.
5. Assist in the development of flight training exercises and requirements designed to improve unit weapons delivery capability and tactics
6. Assist in coordinating weapons and tactics intelligence training.
7. Develop weapons and tactics training standards and criteria for the operational units.
8. Identify training deficiencies and provide recommendations.
9. Continuously monitor the status of weapons and tactics training and recommend improvements as appropriate.
10. Assists in modifying existing lesson plans, presentations, briefing guides, syllabi, and other multi-media technical materials.
11. If needed, will work (TDY) at any other F-16C flying squadron location as required by the RAFO.

Qualifications and Experience
1. F-16C Instructor Pilot (minimum 1200 hours)
2. USAFWS Graduate (F-16C) (graduated within last 5 years)
3. Recent F-16C Block 50 flying experience (within the last 5 years).
4. Required: Must possess and maintain US SECRET Security Clearance throughout period of employment.
5. Desired: Experience as an instructor at the USAFWS.
6. Desired: Combat experience.
7. Must have the ability to work as part of the overall team to accomplish all tasks.

Courses and Certifications
1. Must provide documentation of USAFWS course completion.
2. Required to pass RAFO flight medical examination (annual requirement).
3. Required to take annual Stan-Eval instrument and mission checkrides to include tests and simulator profiles. May be required to take no-notice checks (annual requirement).
4. Proficiency with operating IBM compatible computers including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
