F-16 Crew Chief currently stuck on Heavys

I was wondering if anybody has any info on Air Guard Technicians slots on F-16's? I am willing to move. I am currently a Full time technician in Tennessee but would like to get back to fighters. Would really like to go to Homestead but I currently dont have any connections down there. Any help would be appreciated. I have 13 years of aircraft maintenace and posses a A&P liscence. Thanks
