Performance Based Logistics Solutions Manager

Derco Aerospace, a subsidiary of Sikorsky Aircraft-UTC, has an opening for a Manager PBL for its aftermarket product line of F-16, C-130, F-5, F-4 and
A-4 programs.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing and analyzing information for proposals and solutions.
• Managing and supporting material solutions campaigns.
• Working with Sales, Engineering, Materials and other internal departments to coordinate and manage program implementations.
• Developing potential target market opportunities in conjunction with internal departments.
• Coordinating marketing efforts and presentations to potential customers.
Qualifications Include:
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Program Management, Logistics or a related area
• 5 or more years of programs/PBL account experience in a highly competitive environment, attention to detail, strong communication skills and proven analytical abilities.
• Working knowledge of Performance Based Logistics programs including part planning, solution offerings, and the part order process flow.
• Logistics and aviation background with an understanding of supply chain aspects of aircraft and aviation products
• Knowledge of ERP software systems
• Ability to analyze fleet data and develop logistics solutions
• Experience with customers and order fulfillment of customer requirements
• Familiarity with OEM/wholesale distribution channels preferred
• Self-starter and be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal supervision.
International marketing, foreign language skills, military experience and/or
Aviation/aerospace industry background a plus and possesses the following skills:
• Reading and interpreting complex request for proposals
• Ability to use aircraft/component IPL (Illustrated Parts List)
• Advanced abilities in ERP systems and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to work with Marketing, Documentation, or Communications departments
• Accustomed to high-powered demands, and writing expectations
• Able to analyze customer data to determine proper solution to implement
• Operate in a team environment
• Managing multiple priorities
The position is bonus eligible and comes with a competitive compensation package including relocation benefits to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
