Always wondered why the F-16 has a tailhook, or how big a bigmouth F-16's mouth really is ? Find it out here !

Hello.

On page 6 of Verlinden's "Lock-On F-16" book, it was claimed that a different canopy pattern with a more bulged outline was used starting from Block 15s. Is this true that different canopy designs was used in early blocks?

I compared the canopy outline of Block 10 and Block 15 given on the scale drawings provided in the same book and it looks like there was no difference.

Struggling to see what the difference is - does he mean the black part around the canopy?

The large hinged door was Block 15 it looks like but ones I'm seeing don't have the vent.

He says "more bulged outline". So, he must mean the top curve of the acrylic section.
