official F35 airshow maneuver description and fuel loadout

Please check the attached document. Fuel load out for stage show is full fuel, for high show it is no less than 14500 lbs, and for low show it is no less than 12000 lbs. What does stage show, high show and low show mean?

Did you not read the paper you provided?
1st para quote: "...The abbreviation “A/R” for a parameter means “as required” and “N/A” means “not applicable”...."
