Obviously false CGI video editing. The Canadians told me that the F-35 can't take off in the wet ice fog arctic. <snark off>

I wonder how long he’s been lurking here just waiting to jump in and knock one out of the park with an amazing comment about how flawed the F-35 is.

Hey he's a newbie, I need to be more diligent. I should have done <Sarcasm On> "comment" <Sarcasm off> I'll try to do better next time. :)

So in an attempt to inform readers of sarcasm I grabbed from Wiki -
William Brant's Critique of Sarcastic Reason,... Sarcasm recognition and expression both require the development of understanding forms of language, especially if sarcasm occurs without a cue or signal (e.g., a sarcastic tone or rolling the eyes). Sarcasm is argued to be more sophisticated than lying because lying is expressed as early as the age of three, but sarcastic expressions take place much later during development … although the intended meaning is different from the sentence meaning. The recognition of sarcasm without the accompaniment of a cue develops around the beginning of adolescence or later. … Cultural perspectives on sarcasm vary widely with more than a few cultures and linguistic groups finding it offensive to varying degrees. ... RFC 1855, a collection of “guidelines for Internet communications,” includes a warning to be especially careful with it as it "may not travel well." Another study of sarcasm over email verifies these claims... A professional translator has advised that international business executives "should generally avoid sarcasm in intercultural business conversations and written communications" because of the difficulties in translating sarcasm.

so it appears I have been out of line, as above, in it's use here .... so I should apologize ..

BUT BUT BUT in fairness - Trudeau is such a dweeb, that one simply cannot help from conversationally "slapping him in the face" over and over again in the hopes that somehow he might come to his senses ... nah he probably doesn't read this stuff any way ....[not sarcasm, but plain invective]

Please forgive my insensitivity to snow flake sensibilities ... I'll try and move from sarcasm to gentler irony

(note. Tell me you didn't think the exact same thing when you saw the F-35 heading down the wet Alaskan runway  )

Well... I saw an F-35A taking off on a wet runway... didn't really consider it was Alaska... which we all know is cold, Cold, COLD!!! So... they musta salted the sh*t outta that runway... hence all cold weather F-35's are going to rot away within two years from roadway (runway) salt exposure...

/sarc=off

Was it on?
Take an F-16, stir in A-7, dollop of F-117, gob of F-22, dash of F/A-18, sprinkle with AV-8B, stir well + bake. Whaddya get? F-35.

As a reminder Eielson is at 65 degrees north (64d39m).
Yellowknife NW is only 63 degrees and it is far north of BC, Alberta, and Saskatchwan.
Rankin Inlet Nunavut is about 63 and it's far above Manitoba and Ontario.
Iqaluit is way above anywhere in Quebec and its almost 64 degrees.
ALL south of Eielson AK.

So where again are all these Canadian bases that are frozen in the Arctic - "south of Eielson."
Hmmmm ... maybe if they buy F-35's they might melt in the tropical warm Canadian Acrtic weather .....
There could be that.

Oh btw, Orland Norway is almost 65 degrees and detachments at Bodo would be above 67 degrees North so they should be safe from melting.

Have to love those Canadian concerns about their "cold weather" - NOT!

This one video makes them fools without any words.
