Lot 10

Just realize I posted this to the F-16 board by mistake 2 weeks ago. Anyway, here's another go:

As far as I know, contract for Lot 10 was signed in Nov. 2016. Looking through the database, I found that all of the A models delivered in 2018 carry FY 2015(ie., 15-5175, 15-5194, etc). Aren't they supposed to have 16 in their serial numbers

Under normal circumstances that indeed would be the case. But since the signing of both lot 9 and 10 were late due to a cost dispute between Lockheed and the DoD, these numbers were already assigned not to disturb production. So there will be no FY 16 F-35 airframes.
