My recollection from some of the early CAIV trades was that every .1IMN above roughly ~1.6 was going to cost 500K of URF.

Given the frequency/utility of numbers beyond that, 1.6 was the number settled upon as the "requirement."

Some more details on GE's CMC production. According to this video, CMC's material properties is a key enabler of the ADVENT three stream concept.
