F-16 starting up sequence

Not sure if I understand you questions. The F-16 only need battery power for normal start. The switch in the cockpit is place to main power but you won't get main power until the standby generator come online around 58% engine RPM on C/D models, for A/B you have to wait for main generator to come online AFAIK. You can also start it with ground power, but this is not normal operations and outside of maintenance not very common unless there is a problem.

Didn't use external power since it hooked up too close to the inlet
20% on PW100-220E, over the horn, monitor FTIT, fuel, hydraulic and oil pressures.
You do realize the same place you hook up external power is the same place you hook up ground communication? Though it wasn't common to run the engine with external power hooked up on the flight line, we did use external power in the hush house. Just sayin
