F 16 stalls and departure's when speed is low and AoA at these speeds is higher .With landing gear down is possible to activate the MPO switch while To/L gain?Because if we dropping gear's drag is more and maybe nose drop quickly.

MPO is to get you out of deep stall, not for use with gear down... If in the landing configuration, push the throttle forward... When that close to the ground no time to mess with MPO switch...
