What engine runs the forums?

I am having a problem with a certain Chrome Word Highlighting extension and the author wants to know.

As far as I can see this forum is a phpBB3 forum.

And looking at the issue you have (just saw the Youtube you made for that), I think the creator needs to disable the highlight function within <textarea /> tags (or make an option for that).

I just tried a completely different extension and it did the same thing... wonder if it's a phpBB3 thing

I found a workaround.

It has an Exclusion filter and by adding the following, it's won't step on a quoted reply or an edit.

*mode=quote*
*mode=edit*

Similar items can be added for other problem sites.
