Did you try sending him a PM? He might just be busy, I know I go in and out depending on what I have on my plate.

And possibly may just be fed up with being shouted down by internet wannabes who have no idea which end of an aircraft the whooshy flamey thrust comes out of. It's a sad fact that the biggest asset of sites like these are frequently driven out of contact by people who have no constructive input.
I am alive and well, thanks to those who were concerned.

Other than that ... HaveVoid nailed it!
I've heard the T-38 has the lowest CPFH of any of the jets in the inventory. The F-5E/F is about 30% more, but a lot more fun to fly in a dogfight. Maybe in next years budget they could buy a few Ex-Tawainese F-5E/Fs
@TEG: Glad your doing good.
I put in a separate thread about the ADVENT core vs the F135 in cruise flight. I'd be happy if you'd share your thoughts.

Hey TEG,
Glad to hear you're still vertical.
Took me a while to see this thread in feedback area....
I gots a few turbine theory questions for ya if you don't mind entertaining me.
Would it be best to ask here or somewheres else?
See the question here: Why don't we see axisymmetric vector nozzles being utilized on the A and C variants of the F-35?
