I tried searching on 'flat' + 'panel', but came up empty.

Some recent videos I saw about either a Block 70 Viper for India, or the F-21 seemed to show a large flat panel front office for the new Viper.

Does anyone know if either the Block 70 F-16V, --or-- any other F-16 variant is planned to get a wide, flat panel display across the entire cockpit, ala the F-35?

Biggest issue I see is how that might interfere with the HUD and armament control panel directly below the HUD.

TIA.
Take an F-16, stir in A-7, dollop of F-117, gob of F-22, dash of F/A-18, sprinkle with AV-8B, stir well + bake. Whaddya get? F-35.

Have only seen that on the latest F-16 (F-21) Block 70 for India proposal so far in video and on the brochure.

If that was anything to go by the ICP and DED are taken out and thrown in the bin with the rest of the original pit :D - thus not much to worry about.

The Block 70/72 for everyone else then might look like this - have not seen this layout before.
