It’s Viper Demo. It’s so low because it’s his initial takeoff, which is a turn away from the crowd once the gear are up and then a climb to set up for the first maneuver. The area in the infield where this video was taken is normally off limits but AF PA gets special access to capture footage like this.

That makes sense. I hadn't seen an 'official' video like that before.
