Interesting POD or what is it??

Hello all,

Was curious if you all could help me out with identifying something. My friend took this pic at Northern Lightning this past week at Volk ANG Base, WI! What is the POD...camera...etc under the intake? I was thinking a possible IRST POD, but wasn't sure. Let me know, thanks!!

Station 5 right is the Lockheed Martin SNIPER XR ATP (right intake hard point) and the other looks like the AN/ASQ-213

Thanks so much....looked up the Sniper pod and yes that is what it looks like. I think what threw me is that it's turned 90 degrees toward the camerman.....thought it was something else.
